Responsibilities

• Ensure the success and growth of partnerships
• Manage multiple concurrent programs alongside scientists to accelerate time to clinic
• Act as a trusted thought partner to help partners rethink operating models in the era of AI
• Synthesize partner feedback into actionable intelligence to shape product and company direction

Requirements

• Outlier resourcefulness, integrity, and execution
• Ability to manage timelines and maintain high-quality communication
• Scientific or biopharma experience (preferred)
• High EQ and mission-driven mindset

• Experience in scientific or biopharma industries
• Translatable skills from high-stakes partnership or program management roles
