About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, market, and execute engaging building events for student residents
  • Utilize social media to showcase life at HOEM and promote events
  • Build rapport with students and foster an inclusive, welcoming community
  • Attend mandatory bi-weekly team meetings and one-on-one supervision sessions
  • Support move-in/move-out days and other assigned operational duties

Requirements

  • Must live at HOEM during the employment term; priority given to current residents
  • Maintain active student status throughout the contract duration
  • Pass a Police Criminal Records Check at own expense
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Availability for mandatory training August 17–21, 2026
  • Availability for move-in and move-out days August 22–23, 2026
  • No scheduled absences during blackout periods: August 17–September 30, 2026 and April 24–May 3, 2027
