About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, market, and execute engaging building events for student residents
- Utilize social media to showcase life at HOEM and promote events
- Build rapport with students and foster an inclusive, welcoming community
- Attend mandatory bi-weekly team meetings and one-on-one supervision sessions
- Support move-in/move-out days and other assigned operational duties
Requirements
- Must live at HOEM during the employment term; priority given to current residents
- Maintain active student status throughout the contract duration
- Pass a Police Criminal Records Check at own expense
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Availability for mandatory training August 17–21, 2026
- Availability for move-in and move-out days August 22–23, 2026
- No scheduled absences during blackout periods: August 17–September 30, 2026 and April 24–May 3, 2027
