Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive communication strategies for regional LATAM accounts, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local executions.
• Integrate digital and traditional media (PTV, radio, outdoor) into a unified strategic vision.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, managing expectations and business growth opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and regional hubs to ensure consistent execution across multiple markets.
• Oversee investment allocation across channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Monitor regional performance and propose optimizations to drive business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in account management or leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-country accounts, ideally within the LATAM region.
• Strong knowledge of both traditional media (PTV, radio, outdoor) and digital ecosystems.
• Advanced English proficiency is indispensable for regional interaction.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360, and Google Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary implementation teams in a hub model.
• Strong background in strategic 360-degree planning.
• Expertise in managing senior-level stakeholders and complex multi-country negotiations.
