Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end from sales handoff through launch and stabilization
• Support sales and expansion by participating in pre-sales discovery and scoping
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning to translate goals into requirements and workflows
• Run the execution motion by maintaining project plans and coordinating across internal teams
• Collaborate with product operations and engineering for product configuration and data migration
• Inform product development by partnering with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap
• Build scalable playbooks by turning engagement lessons into repeatable processes

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or startup operator roles
• Strong technical intuition with a STEM degree or equivalent technical background
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience managing complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month for 3 days
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
