Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and Marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Manage communications with clients and internal stakeholders up to the CxO level, ensuring transparency regarding performance, governance, and finances.
• Oversee all legal and contractual requirements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks to both the company and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Execute and contribute to the improvement of the Engagement Governance Process (EGP).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in the Software Services or IT industry.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high IQ and EQ.
• Ability to work US shifts (6 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday).
