Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage daily project activities and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Lead client stakeholder engagement and conduct weekly governance meetings.
• Manage client expectations, communication loops, and overall satisfaction.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with agreed scope and quality standards.
• Provide weekly and monthly project status updates, dashboards, and steering committee decks.
• Track project issues and risks, driving mitigation activities with internal and client teams.
• Monitor project financials, track effort, and manage Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) estimations.
• Identify and prepare change requests regarding scope, project plans, and timelines.

Requirements

• 9+ years of proven experience in project or engagement management.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery governance.
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and project constraints effectively.
• Experience in financial tracking, ETC estimation, and billing support.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including PMO and Finance.
