Engagement & Inclusion Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in international and national projects, such as the inclusion newsletter and employee engagement campaigns
• Support internal networks through research and the creation of articles
• Collaborate closely with the team to contribute to the development of the employee experience and company culture

Requirements

• Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various target groups
• Creativity and a strong interest in learning new methods, tools, and topics
