About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in international and national projects, such as the inclusion newsletter and employee engagement campaigns
- Support internal networks through research and the creation of articles
- Collaborate closely with the team to contribute to the development of the employee experience and company culture
Requirements
- Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various target groups
- Creativity and a strong interest in learning new methods, tools, and topics
