Engagement Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and timely acquisition of the database to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute work plans to capture necessary data and new student enrollments.
• Maintain and update a database of potential corporate clients and market opportunities.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales indicators and performance metrics.
• Execute public relations activities and follow up on prospecting plans to position educational programs.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably involving intangible products (e.g., education, finance, insurance, or telecommunications).
• Experience in customer service and telemarketing.
• Experience in public relations and business development.
• Ability to manage and develop client portfolios.
