Engagement Director, Enterprise Learning Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide visible onsite leadership for enterprise learning operations in the UAE, ensuring service quality and proactive issue resolution.
• Act as the senior relationship owner for complex learning engagements, partnering with senior enterprise stakeholders to align strategy with business priorities.
• Own financial and commercial performance, including workforce planning, capacity management, and margin optimization.
• Execute robust governance frameworks, chairing forums to report on performance, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Orchestrate collaboration across multiple learning workstreams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in L&D consulting, outsourcing, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record of hands-on leadership for enterprise-scale learning operations.
• Experience managing complex engagements with full operational and financial accountability.
• Strong background in learning strategy within manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to work onsite 4–5 days per week at client facilities in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
