Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own colleague engagement across the entire lifecycle for Warehouse, Transport, Stock, and Administration departments
• Identify and suggest improvements for the new starter experience using colleague feedback
• Ensure all colleagues are trained and have access to necessary platforms
• Build trusting relationships with colleagues and escalate issues to the Senior Leadership Team
• Develop and implement site-wide internal communication strategies via TV screens, noticeboards, and newsletters
• Collaborate with HR and Managers to coordinate in-house training opportunities
• Implement innovative engagement initiatives and celebrate cultural events and charity days
• Organize and conduct regular structured I&C meetings with the Site Leadership Team
• Conduct weekly headcount reviews by shift to ensure recruitment meets operational requirements

Requirements

• High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the company and site
• Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with all levels of personnel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and implement sustainable solutions
