About the role
Responsibilities
- Own colleague engagement across the entire lifecycle for Warehouse, Transport, Stock, and Administration departments
- Identify and suggest improvements for the new starter experience using colleague feedback
- Ensure all colleagues are trained and have access to necessary platforms
- Build trusting relationships with colleagues and escalate issues to the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop and implement site-wide internal communication strategies via TV screens, noticeboards, and newsletters
- Collaborate with HR and Managers to coordinate in-house training opportunities
- Implement innovative engagement initiatives and celebrate cultural events and charity days
- Organize and conduct regular structured I&C meetings with the Site Leadership Team
- Conduct weekly headcount reviews by shift to ensure recruitment meets operational requirements
Requirements
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the company and site
- Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with all levels of personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and implement sustainable solutions
