Responsibilities
- Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person-centered services and individualized Action Plans
- Engage members in structured, therapeutic group work that supports vocational skills and meaningful relationships
- Facilitate recovery-focused workshops and provide flexible support for employment and entitlement navigation
- Support connection to natural community resources and independent living skills development
- Complete all required documentation and assist with member transportation as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
