Engagement & Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and the YEMEA communications framework
• Create engaging content for internal channels including email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and presentations
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
• Implement the Social Corporate Responsibilities (SCR) calendar
• Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support culture initiatives, employee development, and internal mobility programs
• Support employer branding and internal storytelling through various defined channels
• Measure the effectiveness of engagement and communication through surveys, feedback, and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 4 years of experience within Yazaki and at least 18 months in your current position
• Fluency in both English and French with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Figma
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple HR domains
