Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for Jewish students
• Design and run engaging programs including Shabbat dinners, retreats, and cultural events
• Mentor and supervise student leaders, engagement interns, and Student Board members
• Partner with student leaders to grow participation in key programs
• Recruit for immersive opportunities like Birthright and alternative breaks
• Use feedback and data to strengthen programs and impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–3 years of experience
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Passion for building relationships and community
