About the role
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for Jewish students
- Design and run engaging programs including Shabbat dinners, retreats, and cultural events
- Mentor and supervise student leaders, engagement interns, and Student Board members
- Partner with student leaders to grow participation in key programs
- Recruit for immersive opportunities like Birthright and alternative breaks
- Use feedback and data to strengthen programs and impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–3 years of experience
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Passion for building relationships and community
