About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor usage trends and customer health signals to proactively raise risks and opportunities
  • Channel client feedback to internal stakeholders including Customer Enablement, Product, and Marketing
  • Manage client communications regarding feature requests and the product development roadmap
  • Develop high-quality content and participate in strategic client presentations such as QBRs and roadmap discussions
  • Analyze complex law firm data and translate it into meaningful presentation updates
  • Manage calendars for internal and external stakeholders to ensure team organization

Requirements

  • Experience in MBB or startup environments operating at high pace
  • Ability to hold own in senior client rooms
  • Highly organized with strong upward management skills
  • Comfortable with new systems and quick to learn
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Comfortable with on-site client visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Legora, HEX, Planhat, Pitch, Notion, or Salesforce
