Engagement Associate & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Build authentic one-on-one relationships with Jewish students through coffee chats, tabling, and campus presence
• Lead and support student leadership and fellowship cohorts through recruitment and mentorship
• Manage the organization’s social media presence across Instagram and emerging platforms
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for programs, fellowships, and holidays
• Design digital and print materials including graphics, flyers, and digital signage
• Develop and distribute email communications including newsletters and event promotions
• Maintain the organization’s website, virtual calendars, and digital asset systems
• Track engagement and communications analytics to evaluate impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–3 years of professional experience preferred
• Experience with social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing
• Ability to create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Monday.com, or Constant Contact preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and Jewish holidays as needed
