Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives
• Craft regular strategic AEO audits including key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations
• Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem
• Multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk and manage customer Slack channels
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges
