Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for strategic and enterprise accounts
• Contribute to client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder mapping
• Execute workstreams from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
• Build product fluency to guide client teams toward value and surface opportunities to leads
• Support operating cadence by preparing success plans, training resources, and running enablement sessions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to accelerate client success
• Channel customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning
• Track account health and usage to surface signals of risk or opportunity

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, or a customer-facing role in the legal field
• Proven ability to support client-level projects and drive measurable outcomes
• Experience supporting adoption and retention with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
• High EQ and ability to manage demanding, senior stakeholders
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and fast-paced environments
• Interest in AI and automation tools
