Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder mapping
• Execute workstreams from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
• Build product fluency to guide client teams toward value from Legora
• Support operating cadence by preparing success plans, training resources, and running enablement sessions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Track account health and usage to surface signals of risk or opportunity
• Channel customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning

Requirements

• 1-3 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech preferred
• Background in management consulting, client advisory, or the legal field
• Experience supporting adoption and retention with enterprise clients
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data and customer health metrics
• High EQ and ability to manage senior stakeholders

• Exposure to large, complex organizations
• Experience in regulated industries like legal or compliance
