Engagement and Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with students and foster engagement in Jewish campus life
• Stay connected to student interests and emerging campus trends to shape wellness initiatives
• Support students in the development and implementation of wellness-related events and activities
• Develop and implement strategic engagement, wellness, and student success initiatives
• Provide in-the-moment support to students in crisis, case management, and referral to appropriate resources
• Maintain confidential records of students

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• Experience working in community organizations or social services
• Experience planning, facilitating, or supporting programs, events, or community initiatives
• Case management experience and advocacy skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Social media skill set
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
