Engagement and Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Hillel staff team, building meaningful relationships with students
• Stay connected to student interests and emerging campus trends to shape engagement and wellness initiatives
• Support students in the development and implementation of wellness-related events and activities
• Develop and implement strategic engagement, wellness, and student success initiatives
• Provide in-the-moment support to students in crisis, case management, and referral to appropriate resources
• Maintain confidential records of students

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in community organizations or social services
• Experience working with college-age students
• Case management experience
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Social media skill set
