Enfermero/Fisioterapeuta Atención Domiciliaria

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care services to patients according to company service levels and quality standards
• Register all patient visit information (home visits and/or consultations) into the corresponding system
• Educate patients regarding their specific pathologies and medical conditions
• Provide therapy support and resolve any issues related to therapies or medical equipment
• Perform continuous follow-up for home-based and consultation patients
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental objectives within the area of influence
• Actively participate in digitalization and automation processes to support the company's digital transformation

Requirements

• University degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy
• Professional registration (colegiación) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within the healthcare sector
• Valid Type B driving license with at least 2 years of experience and regular driving habits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate level of English (speaking and writing)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new digital tools and technologies
• Availability to travel and perform localized on-call shifts if necessary
