Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic medical examinations for new and existing staff through laboratory analysis, physical exams, and interviews to prevent diseases.
• Monitor health gradients for degenerative diseases in employees over 40 to maintain optimal health and functionality.
• Manage and control ST7 documentation nationally through bimonthly payroll declarations to manage risk premiums.
• Coordinate and control medical check-ups for Executive and Management personnel through scheduled appointments with medical institutions.
• Ensure product quality and safety by following good manufacturing practices to prevent deviations from specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with both operational and administrative staff.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
