Responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare services and first aid to employees, suppliers, and visitors.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of health and safety programs.
• Assess health risks and assist in the prevention and treatment of occupational illnesses or injuries.
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Maintain organized medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote employee wellbeing through regular health assessments and medical surveillance.
• Support medical examinations for new hires and workers with occupational exposure.
• Execute regular audits of food preparation areas to ensure hygiene and prevent food-related illnesses.
• Assist in maintaining site certifications such as ISO 14001 and OEA/C-T-PAT.

Requirements

• Typically requires less than 1 year of related healthcare experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• High level of customer focus and service orientation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office (intermediate level).
• Ability to operate general office equipment and materials.
