Enfermera Especialista

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critical patients based on scientific and humanistic knowledge.
• Monitor and record vital signs and manage hourly fluid control.
• Manage patients with invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Handle specialized equipment and procedures, including BIAC, arterial lines, catheters, and prisma installation.
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient care, including SAP charging and documentation preparation.
• Support the multidisciplinary team through the application of the nursing process.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (Licenciada en Enfermería).
• Specialty in Intensive Care (Especialidad en cuidados intensivos).
• Valid professional title and license (Título y cédula profesional).
• Proven experience working with critical patients.
• Strong patient service and interpersonal skills.
