Enfermera Especialista

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critical patients based on scientific and humanistic knowledge.
• Receive and monitor patients in critical condition, including recording and reviewing vital signs.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Handle specialized equipment and procedures, including BIAC, arterial lines, catheters, and prisma installation.
• Perform hourly fluid control and manage patient-related administrative processes.
• Execute SAP charges and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (Licenciada en Enfermería).
• Specialization in Intensive Care (Especialidad en cuidados intensivos).
• Valid professional title and license (Título y cédula profesional).
• Proven experience working with critical care patients.
• Strong patient service and interpersonal skills.
