About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide close and humanized nursing care during in-person consultations in the São Bartolomeu de Messines area
- Support patients in contexts of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated response
- Maintain rigorous clinical records
- Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy within the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Licenciatura em Enfermagem)
- Active registration with the Ordem dos Enfermeiros
- Experience in primary, hospital, or community healthcare settings
- Empathetic and close communication skills
- Availability to work in the São Bartolomeu de Messines area
- Availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 20:00
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
- Immediate availability to start
