Energy & Utilities Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, definition, and implementation of digital programs for customers in the Energy & Utilities sector
• Build and execute program roadmaps to ensure strategic objectives are met
• Manage and mentor a team of experienced project managers
• Monitor program KPIs, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with client strategy
• Report progress and program performance to business management
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and industry participation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or large-scale digital projects
• Proven experience within the Energy & Utilities sector
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and fluent in either Dutch or French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management and GIS
• Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and French
