Energy Savings Assistance Field Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen strategic contractor relationships as a trusted advisor to advance program objectives.
• Develop and facilitate custom training initiatives to improve energy-efficient project installations and customer satisfaction.
• Perform field ridealongs with contractors to reinforce training and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with contractors to address performance issues and promote program success.
• Resolve program and contractor concerns promptly to maintain long-term collaboration.
• Analyze data and utilize Microsoft Office and Salesforce to submit electronic reports and track metrics.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kern County, California.
• Ability to travel up to 80% locally within Kern County and the PG&E service territory.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and minimum automobile insurance.
• 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry.
• Natural Gas Appliance Testing Technician (NGAT) certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web-based applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inspection and training roles.
• Experience working within a Salesforce-based CRM.
