About the Company

Nomos strives to make energy free for European households by developing new energy products with Europe’s leading technology companies. We embed energy as a cost-saving feature for electric vehicles, heat pumps, battery storage systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Service customers and define core processes to deliver simplicity amidst underlying complexity
• Own special projects including internal process improvement and critical operations tasks
• Manage energy infrastructure processes and relationships with grid operators, energy suppliers, and transmission system operators
• Monitor Nomos OS, troubleshoot clearing cases, and define processes for effective operations
• Build automations to simplify procurement and customer service processes

Requirements

• Structured thinking, communication, and execution skills
• Extreme ownership of ideas and ability to drive projects to completion
• Proven performance in high-performance environments such as startups, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• High level of motivation, grit, and ambition
• Interest in solving complex energy challenges
