Energy Network (48V) & Electrification Product Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies, including go-to-market plans and revenue growth targets for the 48V and Electrification segments.
• Create compelling promotional tools and collateral such as white papers, webinars, videos, and social media content to drive product adoption.
• Engage directly with customers and sales teams to assess market needs, competition, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Support internal demand forecasting, customer sampling, and portfolio management.
• Drive training for global sales and FAE teams to effectively communicate product value propositions.
• Develop global partnerships to enable third-party customer support and services.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development within the semiconductor or embedded systems industry.
• Proven experience with analog, power management, isolated gate drivers, or power electronics (WBG) products.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems (traction inverters, OBCs, eFuses, PDUs, zonal controllers) and electrification trends.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and develop strategic promotions.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and executive-level discussions.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership and manage deliverables in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience with global automotive customers and emerging technologies like ADAS, SDV, and 48V Energy Networks.
