Responsibilities

• Lead the growing Energy team in Perth, driving Western Australian strategy and contributing to the growth of the Australian Energy business
• Act as both an operational and strategic leader focusing on People, Projects, and Pursuits
• Promote positive leadership and team collaboration aligned with company PRIDE values
• Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and successful commercial delivery
• Drive the coordination of pursuits and work-winning activities to enhance market presence
• Develop and maintain key client relationships as an Account Leader

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in client relationship development and proactively winning work
• Successful track record in the management of engineering project delivery
• Experience in mentorship and providing guidance to staff for professional development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
