Energy Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial sites to develop, deploy, and monitor energy management systems
• Monitor tenant comfort by ensuring temperature compliance and optimizing energy consumption
• Conduct weekly site visits and coordinate with subcontractors
• Update technical and energy management tools
• Elaborate energy reporting and manage client relations regarding comfort and technical performance
• Define and monitor consumption commitments through the Measurement and Verification Plan (M&V)
• Contribute to the Multi-year Investment Plan (MPI) for clients
• Manage financial elements related to energy consumption and participate in annual charge reconciliations
• Lead quarterly activity meetings with tenants, Property Managers, or Asset Managers

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in energy management or a related technical field
• Experience in an Energy Manager role or similar
• Knowledge of ISO 50001
• Certification in IPMVP, CEM, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proficiency in energy management, Building Management Systems (BMS/GTB), and certifications/labeling
• Experience in the commercial real estate sector
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
