Energy Efficiency Lighting Trade Ally Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent outreach and account management to manufacturers, distributors, and contractors
• Communicate program policies, incentive structures, and submission processes
• Coordinate onboarding and training for trade allies on portal usage
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with program performance targets
• Prioritize engagement efforts based on participation trends and account performance
• Troubleshoot incentive submissions and program rule interpretations
• Validate trade ally submissions and supporting documentation for quality standards
• Evaluate participation data and CRM records to identify outreach gaps
• Maintain accurate interaction records within CRM tools

Requirements

• High School diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 3 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, supply chain, or market-facing roles
• Experience coordinating with external partners in a process-driven environment
• Ability to evaluate program data and prioritize activities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and office productivity tools
• Ability to travel locally within Connecticut 1-2 days per week
