Energy Efficiency Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the Energy Efficiency Program, ensuring technical, economic, and regulatory viability.
• Manage supplier contracts through technical and financial monitoring to ensure correct resource application.
• Develop technical specifications for the procurement of services and materials required for energy efficiency projects.
• Oversee public calls for projects, including reviewing notices, evaluating technical proposals, and communicating with ANEEL.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, such as technical reports, cost-benefit calculations, and project designs.
• Act as a technical representative by delivering presentations and interviews to clients and media to promote the program.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning expectations and deadlines with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Energy Engineering.
• Proven experience working with Energy Efficiency projects.
• Experience in project and contract management.
• Knowledge of PROPEE (Energy Efficiency Program Procedures).
• Knowledge of M&V (Measurement & Verification) methodology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver's License (CNH B).
• Availability to work in Natal/RN and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with solar photovoltaic systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
