About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the Energy Efficiency Program, ensuring technical, economic, and regulatory viability.
- Manage supplier contracts through technical and financial monitoring to ensure correct resource application.
- Develop technical specifications for the procurement of services and materials required for energy efficiency projects.
- Oversee public calls for projects, including reviewing notices, evaluating technical proposals, and communicating with ANEEL.
- Prepare and review engineering documents, such as technical reports, cost-benefit calculations, and project designs.
- Act as a technical representative by delivering presentations and interviews to clients and media to promote the program.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning expectations and deadlines with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Energy Engineering.
- Proven experience working with Energy Efficiency projects.
- Experience in project and contract management.
- Knowledge of PROPEE (Energy Efficiency Program Procedures).
- Knowledge of M&V (Measurement & Verification) methodology.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver's License (CNH B).
- Availability to work in Natal/RN and travel as required.

- Experience working with solar photovoltaic systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
