Energy Efficiency Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and explain energy efficiency and utility savings programs
• Educate customers on program benefits, eligibility, and savings opportunities
• Assist customers through the enrollment process using a tablet or mobile device
• Generate and complete customer sign-ups and program enrollments
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Track and report customer interactions and enrollment activity accurately

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers in a retail setting
• Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic digital literacy with tablets or smartphones
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, or promotions
• Experience in lead generation, event marketing, or field outreach
• Bilingual communication skills
