Energy Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Analyze energy efficiency of residential, administrative, and commercial buildings using consumption and operational data
• Evaluate building energy behavior and identify deviations, optimization potential, and causes for excessive consumption
• Develop renovation and decarbonization scenarios considering efficiency, technical feasibility, and economic frameworks
• Support owners in defining renovation strategies and investment planning aligned with ESG goals
• Create energy and sustainability reports and present recommendations to technical managers, asset managers, and investors
• Contribute to the development of methods, analysis tools, and digital services for building decarbonization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in energy and environmental technology or a technical degree (FH/ETH/University) focused on energy, building technology, or sustainability
• Knowledge of building energy analysis, technical plant operation, or energy-efficient renovation
• High affinity for digital tools and IT software
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Analytical, independent, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; Swiss German and French skills are highly advantageous
