Energy and Ventilation Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of approximately ten people specializing in energy (HT/BT, CFO) and ventilation/smoke extraction
• Supervise the technical and financial execution of group projects in collaboration with project managers
• Contribute to business development by monitoring tenders, responding to offers, and attending commercial meetings
• Manage project management (MOE) or expertise missions
• Collaborate with other service managers within the Mobility Systems and Engineering Business Unit
• Enhance the technical reputation of the service through national and international contributions

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+5 degree (Engineering or Master's level)
• At least 10 years of practical experience in project management (design or construction supervision) in energy or ventilation/smoke extraction fields
• Strong interest in people management and human resources
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
