About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and presentation of technical and economic offers for public tenders regarding energy and new products.
- Analyze technical and administrative tender documents to ensure full compliance with all requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial teams to develop competitive and viable proposals.
- Monitor public tenders and identify new business opportunities within the institutional sector.
- Design customized energy solutions, including self-consumption, electric mobility, and energy storage.
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with public administration clients, from initial proposal to contract closure.
- Support negotiation and award processes, applying specific public procurement formulas and pricing structures.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience preparing offers for Public Administrations within the energy or efficiency sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on pricing structures and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with institutional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the electricity sector, energy retail, or energy consultancy.
- Background in projects involving self-consumption, energy efficiency, or electric mobility.
- Deep understanding of the public procurement regulatory framework in Spain.
