Responsibilities

• Participate in projects involving electrification, energy systems, and industrial development
• Conduct technical analyses, investigations, and feasibility studies related to energy facilities and power systems
• Perform engineering design, dimensioning, and technical documentation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions for energy optimization, grid expansion, and electrification
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams to ensure progress and quality
• Participate in planning, coordination, and follow-up of technical projects
• Provide technical advisory and identify improvement opportunities to create customer value

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Civilingenjör or Högskoleingenjör) or equivalent field
• Experience as a project manager, lead engineer, or similar technical role in technology-intensive projects
• Experience working within energy, electrification, power, industry, or infrastructure
• Proficiency in communicating in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with technical analysis, engineering design, or system design within the power sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as EPLAN Electric P8, Engineering Base, ETAP, or similar systems
• Knowledge of power calculations, relay protection, or grid analysis
• Experience with FACTS facilities, substations, power systems, or infrastructure projects
• Experience from companies like ABB, Hitachi Energy, Siemens, or similar industrial/energy firms
