Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT issues via Jira, chat, and email, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Manage the full device lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning for both Windows and macOS.
• Execute HR-integrated IT workflows for user onboarding, access revocation, and mid-cycle moves.
• Oversee day-to-day wireless operations and infrastructure upgrades for the Bangalore office.
• Manage endpoint security operations by integrating Defender policies and compliance baselines into MDM.
• Facilitate SOC handoffs by bridging endpoint tooling with security analyst reviews.
• Maintain scripts for endpoint discovery, deployment, and reporting, and own technical runbooks.
• Maintain threat awareness regarding anti-malware operations and indicators of compromise.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or endpoint engineering
• Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows 11 and macOS
• Hands-on MDM experience with Hexnode, Intune, Jamf, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and user account management
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management or comparable ticketing systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including WiFi, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, and DNS
• Strong communication skills
