Endpoint Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and maintenance of secure authentication and identity solutions including MFA and certificate-based authentication
• Contribute to Microsoft Intune operations, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and firewall rules
• Assist in building and maintaining automation scripts and Proactive Remediations using PowerShell
• Support MECM operations and Windows configuration layers such as GPO and Task Sequences
• Help package and deploy applications and updates across the enterprise
• Monitor endpoint security agent health and use telemetry tools like Nexthink and Datadog to track KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to improve device security and user experience

Requirements

• Experience in IT, endpoint management, or cybersecurity-related roles
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as identity, encryption, and zero-trust principles
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and/or other device management tools
• Exposure to Windows OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, and networking fundamentals
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge, preferably with PowerShell
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint security, system administration, or IT support
• Exposure to tools such as MECM, Nexthink, or Datadog
• Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (Antivirus) and application packaging processes
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• A security-first mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation
