Endocrinology Advanced Care Provider - NP/PA

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and assessment of diagnostic results for endocrine disorders.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic syndrome.
• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging studies, collaborating with endocrinologists to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and provide personalized education regarding disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with the care coordination team and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver seamless concierge care.

Requirements

• Current California NP license (for specialty) or current California PA license.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in endocrinology.
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing NP or PA-C.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Flexibility to provide weekend coverage as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing outpatient environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency, or Family Medicine.
• A strong passion for preventive medicine and longevity-focused care.
