Endocrinologist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, obesity, thyroid, and lipid disorders
• Lead the use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), insulin pumps, and digital health tools
• Utilize remote monitoring platforms and data dashboards to proactively manage patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, dietitians, and health coaches
• Promote preventive care, weight management, and lifestyle modification
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems and ensure DHA compliance

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Specialist/Consultant qualification in Endocrinology
• Valid DHA License or eligibility as an Endocrinologist
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in endocrinology
• Strong experience in diabetes management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CGM, insulin pumps, and digital health platforms
• Exposure to multidisciplinary or integrated care models
• Interest in preventive medicine, obesity medicine, or lifestyle medicine
• Research or academic involvement
