Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic bone disease
• Interpret and manage diagnostic tests including laboratory, imaging, and dynamic testing
• Collaborate with family physicians and other specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education and support for chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary case discussions

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD)
• Certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology
• Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
