About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on large deals and portfolio management.
  • Identify customer requirements and map them to organizational capabilities and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients up to the executive level.
  • Engage with partners to improve win rates and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and territory account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to implement corrective actions and improvements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by entering and updating opportunities and implementing management practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in account management, telesales, or product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage).
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environments.
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales process management.
  • Proven ability in upselling and business development.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and effective communication.
