Define the roadmap for enterprise transformation initiatives and develop plans for onboarding vehicle programs
Develop future state end-to-end business processes and operational flows for program industrialization
Partner with functional and IT leaders to deploy enterprise capabilities and drive transformative change
Perform integrated launch planning, digital risk assessment, and value stream mapping
Manage cross-functional workshops to develop consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across Marketing, PD, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Identify cross-functional process gaps and interconnected IT system issues to develop scalable solutions
Manage a small team, including external consultants, to integrate various transformational teams
Provide leadership report outs to ensure transparent communication on progress and risks

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience and expertise with cross-functional automotive industrialization processes (PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
5+ years of hands-on experience in value stream mapping and process design
5+ years of experience in key value chain tools such as CAD, PLM, ERP, or MES
Proven track record of delivering at least one end-to-end complex enterprise and cross-functional transformation

MBA degree
Ability to assertively facilitate professional groups and influence enterprise-level outcomes
Strong ability to balance deep technical detail with a high-level enterprise view
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
