End of Line Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of fabricated parts and in-process control inspections
• Audit packaged, staged, and loaded shipments for quality compliance
• Monitor, inspect, and report on finished goods and assigned activities
• Submit accurate reports of inspections, audits, and test results
• Conduct tests using specialized tools and equipment
• Perform Root Cause analysis and implement continuous improvement practices
• Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain receiving inspection results
• Verify calibration of inspection test equipment and tools
• Perform product testing during manufacturing and record results
• Execute start-up and changeover audits to verify product specifications

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety rules and precautions
• Ability to read and comprehend English policy manuals and operating instructions
• Effective communication skills for small group settings
• Proficiency in general mathematical calculations
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based work instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and in varying temperatures
