End of Line Inspector

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and report on all assigned activities and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct detailed inspections of fabricated parts and in-process control inspections
• Audit packaged, staged, and loaded shipments for compliance with quality requirements
• Submit clear, concise, and accurate reports of inspections, audits, and test results
• Conduct tests using specialized tools and equipment
• Perform Root Cause analysis and assist with internal and external audits
• Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain receiving inspection results
• Verify calibration of inspection test equipment and tools
• Perform product testing during manufacturing and record results
• Evaluate products to determine acceptability

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety rules and precautions
• Ability to read and comprehend English policy manuals and operating instructions
• Proficiency in general mathematical calculations
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and in varying temperatures
