Responsibilities

• Execute daily information uploads to mobile devices for promoters and sellers to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage advance billing processes and the printing of remittances and delivery reports required for field sales.
• Handle information loading and printing for second-trip route processes throughout the day.
• Perform afternoon liquidation of pre-sale routes to register promoter orders within SAP.
• Generate deliveries and coordinate with the Finished Product Warehouse for route planning and loading.
• Maintain inventory of handheld devices and printers assigned to sales personnel.
• Manage reports regarding lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and follow established procedures for recovery or replacement.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachillerato (High School Diploma).
• Proficiency in computing and general systems.
• Experience in customer service and working within a team environment.
• Knowledge of database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Computing or Administration.
