About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service
- Oversee cash handling procedures and register accuracy
- Perform inventory management and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate merchandise arrangement and shelf replenishment
- Supervise food preparation activities following safety standards
- Implement and maintain the PEPS (First In, First Out) method for product rotation
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and retail environments
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling and register management
- Background in store administration and operational tasks
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Experience with merchandise arrangement and food preparation
- Familiarity with the PEPS method for inventory rotation
